Hi! I hope you like the video :)
FAQ
What kind of oven do you use?:
It is a food dehydrator, an oven with vents and a fan for the moisture to go out. It also can go very low in temperature 35-75 degrees Celcius and can stay on for 24h.
Can i use a normal oven?:
You can use a oven but you would need to keep the door slightly open for the moisture. And since it takes a long time to dry this is not the best option.
Can i use the sun to dry?:
The sun can work too of course if it is hot and dry for a couple days, a food dehydrator is most consistent.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I am going for the low tech covered air dry. Also, I think an oven with just the light on and door ajar would work.😊🇨🇦

@sweetestvibes6642

It would probably take up to a week. Every day when the sun comes out you put them out to dry in the sun and before the sun sets you bring them inside. Repeat until fully dried. Then store them in a jar in a cool dry place

What's better ? Sun-drying or putting it in an oven like this one
@Everythingshemakes
@Everythingshemakes 3 жыл бұрын
In an oven its more controlled and guaranteed results, sun drying is more natural and cost free but you would have to get 2 days of good sun and no moisture in the air! Both will do!

Any suggestions on how to get a stronger APPLE taste in the Apple Chai tea?
@chkchkpap45
@chkchkpap45 Жыл бұрын
Get strong flavored apples. Gala and fuji dont work well for the teas. Try a granny smith or johnathan. And also, maybe try to put a little more of the apple in the tea. Tea is never an exact science just like cooking. Make it how YOU like it, thats the whole point! ❤

It is a food dehydrator, i answered this in other comments, you can read it. Conventional ovens can work but the door need to be kept slightly open for the moisture to go out. And will use way more power than dehydrator, they cost around 100 euros
