You might be thinking of Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? It was after RIP or Final Crisis and had a kind of retelling of Batman's continuity and death. All the stories don't match up cause it's basically Bruce's life flashing before his eyes before he dies. It's an awesome read for a Batman fan.

I kinda feel like the almost moments should be on here too, since you included the Arkham games and that was more of an almost moment. Personally my favorite ALMOST Jokerized moment was in the tv show "The Batman" in the episode Topsy Turvy, Joker trys to pose as Batman to kill people who are "criminals" but is just looking for excuses to kill people. He then uses a snake can with a special Joker Toxin that slowly turns Batman into the Joker but Batman cures himself on the verge of changing at the end of the episode. I bring this up because the Batman who Laughs somehow reminded me of that episode.

One thing I like about Joker is that we don’t know his identity and can never truly know it. The Joker is so criminally insane that it’s impossible to know whether an origin he tells us is true or not. I would also count Jason Todd in a sense, as he turns into The Red Hood due to the trauma and mental torture Joker had put him through. The Red Hood obviously being the old identity of The Joker in his most famous origin story, though of course it is debatable if it is even true or not. Personally, I don't think any Joker origin is true nor do I think any is false. So, going by that admittedly crazy logic, Jason Todd does become a version of Joker.
