If you are having issues getting it to work like I was, check your privacy settings. I had my systems camera option disabled and my capture card would not work. It needs to be turned on under Settings > Privacy > Camera > Camera access for this device is [ON]. Allow apps to access your camera.

@@Spartacus88 If you are on Windows 10, go to your control panel on Windows. Click on Privacy, then Camera on the left side panel. Check that your "Camera assess for this device is on" and below that "Allow apps to access your camera". Check that OBS Studio has access to your camera. That was my issue. OBS Studio will not work unless it can capture the feed from your capture card. Your computer see's the capture card like it would a camera. This might help you.

Default resolution/fps doesn't work when I try to capture my xbox one. I get display for 1s and then a black screen. However, manually entering my 1920x1080 and 60 fps fixes it. Bizarre but an easy fix I found.

@Laxed if your using a console you have to turn off HDCP on the console

Does anyone else have issues with it freezing mid capture? I have to unplug it from USB and replug it to get it to capture again. Tried updating the firmware already and that did nothing.

i did everything in the videos and none of my games will actually open to my screen. they flash a few times and then minimize again.

I cannot see this, but the evga audio is only in the list where my blue snowball mic is? When I capture my gameplay it does capture the sound.

Does not work with canon rebel t7. Shows the video cropped and ive tried everything. Guess ill have to return it .

Hello, I have had the XR1 Pro for two days, I have a Ps5 and OBS on my PC, I make the connections as indicated in the guide but the microphone volume remains very low, I have tried two different headphones/microphones that I plugged into the XR1 and the controller plugged into the XR1 and the mic volume is maxed on the XR1 and the mic sound in game captures is still too low, can you help me please?

Why do I have only MJPEG working but not YUY2? MJPEG is washed out and with compression artifacts. EVGA XR1 is connected to motherboard's USB 3.1 and USB 2.0 for additional power. What more can I do?

Does anyone have an issue with this straight up not capturing from any PC device? Swapped cords, computers, configurations, just getting a constant "No video" signal and no output of any kind. Any ideas?

Can the XR1 capture 3440x1440 and downscale it to 1920x1080?

It can capture at 1080P and pass through 4K.
