I don’t know how it’s even humanly possible to do those extreme jumps the way he does at 6:22 Literally EVERY other pianist I’ve seen (including Pletnev) has to slow down and quickly glance both ways for even a chance of an accurate landing, yet Kissin doesn’t even need to slow down or look left and he lands bang on accurately every time.

He looks very different when he stands up from the piano, his face looks all different, when he is playing he's all serious and looks like Tom Hanks, but when he stands up, he looks like a little cheerful boy, did anyone notice that?

Kissin belongs to the very best, but I have to agree: after hearing Pletnev's Grieg carnival, I will not return to this page.
