I am a ex employee of API Ltd established in 1948, CEO M.A. CHIDAMBARAM & A.C. MUTHAYYA, manufacturers of Lamby scooter & purchased 2nd hand scooter in 1987 for Rs. 4000/-. Used it for 28 years with 4 to 5 passengers or 120 kg load regularly. Due to non availability of spare parts I sold it in scrap at Rs. 2200/-. It is real fact. One can confirm its quality and life. Salute to my company who never harrashed its employees. OLA is a toy, no quality, no life , several times costly. Just importing parts from China and assembling in India. Owner is greedy and looting customer, employees are not honest. Result is bound to happen like this. So many things can be told.

They have hardware Problem, Their front suspension arm issue is well known, In 1st gen S1 models offenly it will stall in mid of a drive without any notice, That is not software issue initially i thought the same, but actuall issue was there is wire which was supposed to lengthy but this people's kept it too short and caused the issue. The reason is that ola creates an centralised brand which results in handling of all the actions from production to after sales service in one hand only, which develops more problematic situations for both consumers as well as ola For me it's decentralisation which can make Ola a well maintained and consumer service support company. By letting the dealerships take over a chance to serve Indian customers as they manage and try their best to serve each customer. That's the prior key result area for Ola.

Care + Services milta nehin champion ke pass proper equipment nehin hai ki o ghar par thik kar sakta. After one year Disk brake kharab hojata hai Price 2300 rupees se start hota hai. Brake. Yearly (care +) 4100 + disk brake 2300= 6400 kharcha ajayega

Sun bhai 1.5 mahine hue hain delivery ke scooter apne aap beech road pe breakdown ho gya aur dhakel ke ghar lana pada, premiun towing charge 4120 rs dene ke baad bhi ye scooter ko 10 din baad leke gaye aur within 6 hours repair kar dete hain, phir agle din scooter start hi nhi hota hai, main bilkul tang aa chuka hoon and ab consumer court mwin case file karne wala hoon. Is se accha tvs ya bajaj mein invest karta.😔😔

Petrol vehicles have an abundance of local mechanics who can fix issues in a day, but that's not the case with EVs. Establishing a vast service network with trained manpower is challenging, and let's be honest-money doesn’t grow on trees. Unfortunately, the lack of understanding from the government, influencers, and even the general public makes it harder for EVs to succeed in India. I’ve had my own frustrations-my vehicle was stuck at the service center for four days for an accident claim! It was a nightmare here in my city, but now they’ve improved, and most services are done within a day or even just a few hours. They’re really putting in the work to provide better service. People say EV companies should stop launching new vehicles, but let me ask you-how will they expand their service networks without earning money? Companies need to grow to provide better service, and new models are part of that growth. As Elon Musk once said, “Some people don’t like change, but you need to embrace change if the alternative is disaster.”

Ola lete time salse manager: kuch issue hua hua to hum baithe hai na Next day after purchase (qki 2-3 din me problems start ho jati hai): ola ka service department alag hai aap unse baat kijiye 😂 Or bhaisahab es service manager ko maine aaj tak kisi service center par nhi dekha, iski sif call par aawaz sunne ko milti hai, shayad isko bhi darr hai ki samne aate hi log chappal marenge😂

I bought ola scooter one month old So far the issues which i am facing is 1) screen goes off when parked sometimes then i have to reboot it but this is manageable 2) people just remember tyre main hawa kam nahi honi chahiye aur agar aap speed main hongey to scooter skid ho jati hai. This i have asked with other owners they also said same thing.

Here's a thing you can do Tarun bhai. Make a community post or insta story or a short video asking about their complaints. YOU DON'T have to look for solutions. Make an excel sheet. Bring out the statistics. If any problems' % out of all is less than 10% ,Tag it as *PARTICULAR Piece ISSUE*. If the % goes 11%-20% tag it as *PART Replacement ISSUE*. If the % goes above 21% its a GODDAMN *Engineering Issue*. TO present this- When asking about problems ask details of THE Product TYPE as well as date of booking/Delivery and areas. NOW comes the 2nd most IMPORTANT task. Segregate the above 3 ISSUES sections in 3 Categories as follows: 1. Is it General or is any batch issue, timeline issue? 2. Is it software or a hardware issue? 3. Which areas receive reasonable services and which don't? Now comes the 3rd MOST Important TASK- Now MAKE weekly Videos on Saturday visiting various service centers and ask the mechanics about issues there as well. KEEP IT UNEDITED, UNHINGED and make a compilation of videos from service centers with other creators as well. (I have 3-4 shocking revelations from GUNA,MP) Make it a habit and bring the truth out. CREATORS if not all, share a little responsibility for the chaos too. ADVISE- Don't make complaining videos. try pulling out solutions. THAT's a gift for OUR EV Community.

Same story in pune no tools no man Power. No technical support.not even Singal part available.. Ruff language used by service representative. 7 months tracking and trying to get repaired front fork leakage And cootpit damage due to leaked fork and delayed in service.still hopping for hope less service improvement
