I like the Hagar era EVH tone. I had a Sterling w/ Overly roasted maple (awful guitar) which has really scared me away from roasted necks. Anyone played a evh w/ roated maple? Does it have ice picky highs?

I'm guessing from the channel name that this is straight from the manufacturer. If that's true, your entire marketing department should be fired and replaced. This forum is a free way to get the word out on your products, a free method to inspire people to buy your products, and this is all you do with it? A 36 second session with text popping up? I have an EVH Wolfgang Special QM in charcoal burst in my short list, whittled down to 5 from about 30. I'm gathering information on each of the 5 and this is all you provide? You're making me rely on the reviews of random KZbinrs to sell me on your guitars??? Ya, fire them all. Even if you're not paying them, you're still not getting your money's worth. Edit: after I wrote this I read the other comments, people are asking questions about your guitars and nobody is answering them! What the hell? Do you not want to sell guitars? You really should turn your marketing over to a first year college marketing grad, I'm absolutely positive he or she would do an excellent job.

Yeah would be nice if they were actually in the stores when they started advertising them! Or at least available through online shopping. The new 5150, reserve only so far. Almost all Wolfgangs, either backordered till doomsday or preorder only. EVH Stripe series, preorder only... to be fair, EVH isn’t the only brand having this issue. Everything other brand under the Fender umbrella has these issues. Jackson, Charvel, Fender, EVH, all have these issues right now. Mostly due to the damned Scamdemic all the drama Queens just can’t let go.
