@@justcomic2865the portal opens on your next run after you beat the SPOILER boss the first time. He skips the trigger for it and then goes back to activate it after collecting the scrolls. Normally the Time Keeper talks to you after you teleport there and puts you back, but he also skips the trigger for that

Late reply but basically, when you beat 5BC at least once, a cutscene plays when you go to the area that has your starter weapons where the time keeper teleports you to her and starts giving you shit for messing with her time loop, basically what happened at 1:04 was the cutscene trigger. He skips OVER that cutscene trigger by doing some voodoo with lightspeed, idk what exactly. Gets his stats, then goes back there again. And then does that same glitch to skip the dialogue with her entirely and go to Distillery.

You don't have to setup anything, it's the native behavior of the game. As long as Time Keeper doesn't kick you after you enter the portal the cutscene will always appear

I think it has to do with Serenade and your other skill being set to the same button, and the game takes Serenade's cooldown as the cooldown for both of them. Dualbinding and this bug have been fixed iirc
