@@night.breeze Ghostrick makes Utopic Draco Future, one of the best Monster cards ever printed. Every deck that can make Rank 3 and doesn't have a packed Extra Deck (which this doesn't), and can spare 1 Main Deck slot (which this can), should be running the Ghostrick Engine. 2 level 3's -> Summon Ghostrick Alucard -> Overlay Ghostrick Angel -> Detach Alucard search Ghostrick Shot -> Activate Shot revive Alucard -> Overlay Angel #2 -> Detach Alucard search another Ghostrick S/T (not necessary) -> Alucard effect get Shot from GY -> Overlay Utopic Future -> Overlay Utopic Draco Future.

I really like Evil Eye actually. They feel like a weird pseudo-evolution of Qliphort, despite having none of the "unaffected by x level lower" whatever and lack of tributes. The idea of EE just seem like a good core anti-meta shell to pump full of power staples.

I used to play Evil Eye a lot and I played it in my locals as a meme with whatever I could find, lost a lot but had fun. Making a better list for locals and more funny meme decks, killing myself is always a win in my book and seeing the look on peoples faces when they find out you keep the attack boost is priceless. Overall a fun deck for chill locals and a deck to bully new players with. What more could you ask for?

Evil Eye is a Quality 2 passive item in the Binding of Isaac that was added in the Afterbirth Update to the game. It is unlocked to the player by completing the alternate gamemode, Greed Mode, as Cain. Whilst the item is held, Isaac (or any character holding it) will occasionally fire a glowing blue eye instead of tears. This is very lightly affected by Isaac’s luck stat, but not to a degree in which the eye is commonly shot. The glowing eyes fired will travel slowly in the direction they were shot in with infinite range. They are destroyed when hitting objects, walls or enemies similar to tears. The possible main effect of the eyes is that they also shoot tears in the same direction as Isaac when he shoots. Changing the direction of shooting does not move the eye in that direction. The Eyes cannot shoot more Eyes from them. Overall, a decent item that has some potential in combination with other items.

Fellow evil eye enthusiast :) Until the support cards come out, you should try mixing the labrynth cards with them. I was doing that for a while in the TCG with more success than using the archetype on its own. MBT just doesn’t get the dopamine we do burning yourself to boost your “unbeatable” boss monster.

@Venator my Variant of Evil Eye is actually more reliant on The Archfriend Link 2 that let's you shuffle back or sometimes Special Summon Fiends that are sent to the grave. I basically loop Archfiend Heiress every turn to get Archfiend Glitch every turn for a pop. The Labrynth cards made the deck a little too bricky for me

I remember I played Evil Eye on Duel Links and was like, what the hell does this deck do without Serziel or Links. The answer is "it had a really good turn 1 vs graveyard decks sometimes, an ok bounce, and otherwise it bricked, a lot", and also in true Duel Links fashion there was a random-ass Rex skill that made it broken for five minutes until they patched it. I'm glad to see it do something in the TCG

Am currently experimenting with Unchained and Labrynth. The Unchained monsters can provide extension and recursion. The Labrynth build is not that consistens and needs optimization but it provides a backup-plan. Slowing the game down with the Labrynth cards so your Link-Zerrziel can get in directly for massive amounts of damage is pretty cool if you like control decks.

I actually like playing pot of duality in my list. Sometimes your hand can’t make a rank 3 or the link, so duality to find your backrow or a handtrap with the setup in the GY feels really good. I actually also do a 3-1 equip split. I understand Selene getting banished by something like cosmic or Aries heart sucks but nothing feels better than using unleashed, searching Selene, then banish Gorgonio, pitch gorgonio search. I really can’t wait for this support to someday come to master duel. Also using basiltrise to essentially dodge an opponents evenly matched is the funniest thing this deck can do, full stop.
