Okay I have somewhat decent knowledge when it comes to Flash and Green Latern. Correct me if I'm wrong but how on earth did Green Latern manage to put Flash in a critical condition? Flash is well... The Flash. He should've been able to easily avoid any kinda harm coming his way. Even if Green Latern captured him I know for a fact Flash can phase through solid objects and come out the other side. 1. Danny is out immediately because several of the league have dealt with intangible beings and possession before 2. The Powerpuff girls stand no chance against the likes of Superman, Wonder Woman etc 3. Mark isn't and never has been close to superman's level 4. Only reason Ben is even putting up a fight is because of Alien X and even then that chance is pretty low

Heck, he's even appeared outside the comics as well. He's been in a lot of the animated DC movies. He was in Young Justice. He was even the main green lantern in the original Justice League cartoon. You know the original animated series from 2001. And that was well over 20 years ago. But yet you've somehow never heard or seen him until now? Sure, why not. Let's go with that.
