It sounds like you're saying right and wrong are social constructs and can be subjectively perceived to be anything from A to Z. If that's the case, why go by moral guidelines to anything other than what makes sense to you? Like I would never harm my best friend because if he's my best friend he's ony side. People, anyone really, is bound to have scruples/standards somewhere. Even psychopaths have standards because there's still some things they'll be against personally. I haven't seen this anime so in my mind this sounds like a speech from a sith lord as he lectures a self rightous jedi.
