Yes, it's packaged in this modifier. I - II = Monstrous + Shock Troop I - II - V - E - G = Monstrous + Shock Troop + Nurgle's Blessing + Cooldowns Reduced + Enhanced Blitz Hi Intensity is always active on the auric board (glowing red eyes in the skull) and never active on the normal board's maelstrom.

It's not so bad anymore, because you can now Dodge out of sawwing animation, but you will miss out on rip out DMG. What's why people see more evisirators users on high difficulty, what's why new evis is so popular.

Not usefull for this evis. It's not efficient combo for mk 15. It's an ease of use kind of situation (shred+PS)
