Yes they are But these are apparently a Robyspec setup so I’m not sure what the difference would be if any, Roby has since passed away. I also don’t know what brand are the top hats, or even how to adjust them. Maybe someone can comment and let me know?

They look like Cusco top hats, I could be wrong though
