no way!! that 64 really stock ? i blew up a few . on stock 8 turbo! everytime a rod gave up and came out the block .. stock longblock to be exact . i guess the big turbo and DOHC really makes a difference lol . good job man holy f

Dohc increases the compression actually, built a few. Ran 28 psi with a gt3582 on few. Built one that was running on a hx40 as well

Question What boost were you running on your cousin's car here? A friend and I are planning on putting stock bottom 4g64 motors in our cars as a temp motor till our good ones are built i have a holset hx52 with a 65mm compress inducer wheel 11cm turbin housing big boy yes lol low boost on that and a little lag should be good to shift power higher and save bottom end my buddy has a 65 or 67 garret something turbo so both decent size what would you recommend for boost for turbos like these to reach 450whp safely i guess you can say I was thinking 15-20psi IDK.. thanks.
