@Holy Saint Of Allah The thing is that he is one of the best zoners in the world. Almost no one can play a Sonic Boom play as good as him. It's not easy to do. Using cleverly the differents speeds of projectiles is already not an easy task.

that is possible, but I think tokido just miss timed the boom, that tactic works if they back jump, but tokido did a neutral jump. Of course there is no way that daigo would've noticed this by the time he started walking backwards.

He failed in 3 crucial moments, you are right. The two combo drops were uncharacteristic and that landing on the fireball was pretty awkward. If he didn't screw things up in those moments he'd have won probably.

Tokido playing a little different this time around. He used to play extremely aggressive, walking up and using v skill punch to deal with daigo's fireballs and always keeping very close to Daigo to punish everything, and he destroyed Daigo. Now he's playing more defensive trying to fight his way through fireballs from max range.

Another reason I won't be buying SFV Arcade. What Crapcom did to Akuma's powers is a disgrace. I want the CEO of Capcom sacked NOW! The fact that Guile can pull off all the fancy sonic booms and Akuma can no longer spam 15 air fireballs while he is jumping is one reason. Another is the absence of raging demon in v trigger 2.
