Hey, Igot a 10 plate clutch and a shift fork upgrade, but when I shift up the car jolts, is that normal with the upgrade and a tune?

Usually happens around the 1st to 3rd gears and I will change gears at around 3-4K rpm

That's pretty normal for a 10 plate especially when cold, you can get a lower shift clamp pressure to make it smoother if wanted

@@smartseng3210 it's an AK Racing 10 plate. Haven't tried any other brands but I have friends with the Kozmic and SSP both are also great from what I hear

@@smartseng3210 depends where you're located tbh My car would likely be considered over 500whp in the U.S on the dynos over there but is only aroind 400whp on dynos here. A 10 plate here can handle around 350kw Max which is around 470whp.. any higher power and my tuner suggests a 12 plate

Idk man I feel like paddle shift dual clutch cars are some of the most fun you can have In a car and still be daily drivable.

Great video 👍 I have had my Evo X sst for 3 months now and to be honest I wasn't happy with it and found it boring to drive.... that was until I decided to start driving it in Super Sport with the paddle shifters and wow it completely changes the way the car drives and is so much fun now.
