@@Zombiesbum you're supposed to craft your 20 gear. Thats why the crafting tutorial was there and how you conveniently have most of the stuff to do so, only a few trips to the open field ( also a tutorial) can make a full set of 20 gear fairly easily around the 20 mark.

Nice vid I just started playing this game today and found this guide. I think one of the problem of the game is it’s heavily demanding for pc specs which usually wasn’t a big problem for me until I played this game, and it think the game requires you to invest a lot of time into it. But other than that I really like and enjoyed the game

I think maybe those free weapon unlocks are something from a premium account or smth because as a new player it says you require 100 mastery points to unlock a weapon (must be golden ones which I guess are like free xp in WOT which you gaint a minimal amount in a battle). No free unlocks for me atleast :)

When you get a unit is it permanent or can it be wiped out in battle making have to purchase it again? You'll probably talk about this later in the video but it's just so long. Though I do appreciate your thoroughness.

Yes its permanent, units do take unit kit losses though that need to be replaced with bronze or by crafting the kits

they are really strong when they are max level, im just leveling them up now, i believe the two key levels are 11 and 22. 11 will unlock 50 to 59 range, and 22 will unlock their charge, lacking either of these 'upgrades' is going to make you a 'victim' to rangers that do have them. (because along with those two major upgrades you get 40% ranged damage reduction)

I think it's to represent the various units you can control in the game, The Provincial Guards, are like the standard representation of what would be seen in China, but some of the other units like most notably units like the Chivalric Order Units, or archers like the Levy Bowman, are European. so the region he plays in is the "European" one.

Hmm, game looks certainly cool from what I've seen in vids and reviews. But steam charts says that the game is almost dead and that barely anyone plays it... Game is great but I'm still wondering how the hell m I supposed to get mastery points with a short bow that only deals single target damage meaning I don't get to kill as many units so I get less mastery point. Also the grind and price to unlock the skills are really the biggest flaws to this game.

The grind can feel pretty grim at first, no super easy way around it (although remember shortbow is more an effective hero killer than unit killer) but the grind does get easier as time goes on, your units get better and you get more and more kills each battle :)

my only issue with the game is waiting for matches the game will tell me estimated matchmaking time off something like 26 seconds yet im ussually waiting more like 3 to 4 mins most off the time im not sure its a problem with the game or not but its definatly not my internet barely have any issues with the actual game

I find most matchmaking takes sort of 1 to 3 mins for me so i'd say thats pretty normal. Sieges tend to find battles quicker than field battles

in terms of slashing then yes thats correct but its basicallt reversed for piercing damage

Agility is PEN Damage so to say. Its best for spears or bows because they rely on piercing more than slashing. STR is usually best for Nodachi or Poleaxe for example.

If it is based in China I think it's risky for me to pour money in it as might get taken down or blocked with all the crazy stuff happening. I already wasted hundreds of dollars on one online game that got taken down.
