After the Shadow Heihachi took over he lacks the humanity he used to have. He really feels like a demon now I see them as different versions personally,kinda like Anakin and Vader. Look how human,even if evil,he is in the past. Tekken 7s ascended Heihachi was just very muscular and had a bright blue aura. But now he glows red and has a scar with fire in it,and even shows a double demon voice when screaming at the heavens Even Tekken 2 Heihachi,was stated to like world peace. Yet Tekken 8 is a just a monster I really see Tekken 7 Heihachi as really gone

It's crazy how Anakin, who likely have killed more people than Heihachi did (I mean he is involved on the destruction of Alderaan) is somewhat more redeemable than Heihachi, Darth Vader is evil but there is at least some point where Anakin slipping out like when he meet his childhood friend or furious when his only friend in the empire died (this also possibly because his death reminds him to his mother, Shmi's death) and he slowly turning back to light as we can see in ROTJ while Heihachi getting more evil and evil, he killed Jinpachi and then wonder why Kazumi turn against him, not only evil but also delusional
