If there will be DLC battle courses for MK8DX I’d like to see N64 Double Deck (the only one in MK64 that hasn’t returned), GBA Battle Course 4 (a good use for the driving underwater mechanic), DS Tart Pop (a fun course to drive around), and Wii Delfino Pier (it’s pretty big when the bridge comes down).

The original is set at night, while the remake in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is in the day. Also, I like that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe gave every battle course it's own theme, including the retro courses which originally only had the installments battle theme for the most part. Battle Course 1 is an exception because its theme is really that good!

Oh man, Double Deck and Block Fortress were great. I used to play this with my younger brothers and sister. We would vo to the highest areas and reverse are karts drop all the items into the area velow especially shells. Then try to see who woukd survive if we drove among the mess.

Battle mode worst to best in my opinion 9. Mario Kart 8: They just took the race tracks and they call it battle mode. 8. Super Mario Kart: You can only have two players I understand the super Nintendo could only support two players. 7. Mario Kart Super Circuit: It is annoying to link to each other's game boy advance and it is pretty hard to play. 6. Mario Kart 64: It is pretty fun but there is only balloon battle. 5. Mario Kart Wii: It ruined balloon battle in the older mario karts you have to fight the last one standing wins but now to team who gets the most points wins and the team thing is just dumb why can't we just choose no team. 4. Mario Kart 7: Only better than Wii's battle mode because you can choose no team. 3. Mario Kart Double Dash: It is really fun battle mode but why can't we choose battle mode in single player. 2. Mario Kart DS: Super fun battle mode you can make the CPUS or COMS easy, normal, and hard and hope you are the last one standing or choose shine runners which is like shine thevie except, you don't hold the shine sprite you collect as many as you can the player who holds the most shine sprites wins. 1. Mario Kart 8 deluxe: You have so many options like Balloon Battle, bom-omb blast, shine theive, coin runners, and the game like cops and robbers but the balloon battle is just like Mario Kart Wii and 7 and everything else is fun.

My favourite battle course are Delfino Pier and Block Plaza from the wii, Simply because of how dynamic those course are, how the stage changes over time. I love it, I'm kinda baffled to why they didn't make any more of these.

I love Mario Kart Wii's battle mode, it was so much fun! But I wish they had a "every racer for themselves mode", now that would be very interesting. Also, I wish Mario Kart 8 had the team battle setting for their battle mode, that would be so cool to play with friends
