Larry Houston here. I was the Producer/Director of the 90s X-MEN animated series and I added that FIRST cameo of the Black Panther into my show. I also directed the first Black Panther episode in the FANTASTIC FOUR Second Season. That BP episode, I am really proud of. Actor Keith David was the voice of the Black Panther. Looking forward to the live-action movie.

My favorite adaptations of Black Panther in animation are: the one voiced by the ominous Keith David from the Fantastic Four animated show, the 'mythical' one from the Ultimate Avengers 2 animated movie (which my favorite scenes from that animated film were of Captain America & Black Panther having a conversation, which I also would like to believe that both of them would consider themselves as brothers- in some kind of way, & when they teamed-up to take down Herr Kleiser (who my dad thought should have been the Red Skull)), and I do have to say that the concept of the Black Panther & the X-Men's Storm having a son is interesting. And to tell the truth, I actually thought that Djimon Hounsou would portray Black Panther in a live-action film before the MCU became so popular. Anyway, I say that the Black Panther was a good addition to the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes animated series. And I don't know what to say about the Black Panther in anime form.
