Notice the only way that you can hit most versions of that move is if you're practically touching your opponent.

@@omsethi153not really, while not necessarily being strong it’s canon that Dan is a genuinely decent Teacher that Sakura enjoys being around, it’s never stated that his teachings nerf Sakura in any way
