The Fierce Deity would kick Link's ass with no effort, especially since OoT Link had to limit himself to using the mask only in boss rooms so he didn't end up killing everyone he saw relentlessly because the mask was even more powerful than Majora's mask and would definitely overtake the body of anyone who used it.

Dark Link's battle in Ocarina of Time is such an underrated part of the game. For one, him only becoming visible once you pass him once is an early horror VG cliche & (I'd imagine) prob one of the first times it was ever used in 3D games. Then the entire room is literally a representation of "reflection". It's all just awesome.

Dark Link is supossed to be the physic representation of Link´s inner problems, anguishes, doubts and bad feelings (Link´s darkside) with the only purpose to become him bad, corrupt him or kill him, but he is also the way Link can get rid of all that and be more confident about himself and follow his duty without any doubts. He is also a way he (Link) can prove he is worthy of the triforce of courage and the Master Sword and also get stronger emotionally and physically.

It's not. In both Link's Adventure and Ocarina of Time, Dark Link is literally your own reflection. Your shadow literally jumps out of your body in the former case and in the latter case, your reflection disappears once you approach the dead tree.
