Slight Correction : Bayek, Alexios/Kassandra and Eivor CAN see through the eyes of their bird companions. It's an ability that can be categorized as in the same class as EV. In fact, in the comic Assassin's Creed Reflections, Connor's daughter Io:nhiòte also possessed this ability. She used it to look through a random eagle's eyes to warn her father of an impeding wolf attack.

Fun fact: Eagle vision does actually kinda exist in real life. We know this because of a quote from Edward Kenway, “eagle vision is like hearing colors and seeing sound” this is really similar to what you experience from synesthesia

Btw in AC Revelations you can also find where the north is by looking towards the light source of the "sunset" in eagle vision

Amazing video! Just one thing I wanted to point out: Bayek, Kassandra and Eivor can in fact see through the eyes of Senu, Ikaros and Sýnin. It's like a sort of simbiotic relationship. Keep up with the good work!

Yes in a way. But unlike Senu and Ikaros, Synin can't mark the ennemies or your mission target ; only show the area where your target is, which i consider a downgrade.

Currently playing AC rogue on switch. I just want to add that you can use Shay's eagle vision even when running. But goes away when fighting

It's a shame that the patrol highlight ability from Revelations didn't make it to AC3. I thought it would've made sense as an ability for a hunter. Also the AC4/Rogue EV was really good for No Mini-Map playthroughs as you'd get to actually utilize your eagle vision marking for stealth rather than just cheating by peaking at the mini-map.

For me i love ezio connor edward and shay ev..because ezio eagle sense can identify the targets easy when its grouped and connor is to help reconstruct the situation and edward is to tag enemies and its help to follow enemies from far places and shay is to track enemies even from hiding spots… whats your favorite ev ?

@@Kratos_Messi7050 eagle vision in Unity and Syndicate is the biggest shit in the franchise. Enemies having different outlines based on their FACTION has nothing to do with ISU DNA. It breaks the basic rules of blue, red, yellow and Unity's limitations really drown it to the bottom. Unity has the worst eagle vision in the franchise and it's insane to think how sw battlefront 2's double gun republic has ev comparable to a game series that invented it

When Eivor lived as Odin, he could also uae a special eagle sense marked by the presence of golden dust like stuff. He could sense past illusions. Jacob can also use the eagle sense during investigations in the dreadful crimes dlc and last maharaja dlc.

IMO the AC Origins/Odysseys eagle/bird-drone vision was pretty bad. As at it did in practice was having you stop the flow of gameplay while you fly around and essentially enable wall-hacks for the area that you'll be sneaking in. I do like drone-scouting when it's without enemy marking, but that didn't work in those games as you needed enemy tagging to know which enemies would die to a blade in the jugular vein and which enemies would find it mildly annoying.
