Maybe a story set in Texas. The epsilon program takes over texas, control the police stations, marine, everything. They make everyone believe in the epsilon program, and kill all non-believers. Then the player has two choice, for or against. The against has 3 endings, Bad, Good, Secret. The bad ending is where epsilon program takes over Texas, and kills all non-believers. Including the protagonist. before the protagonist dies, he meets the leader. The leader then later kills the protagonist in anger, because of how the protagonist damaged the epsilon programs reputation. The good ending is where the Protagonist successfully kills the leader, takes back Texas, and rebuilds it to how it was. The secret ending is that the protagonist joins the epsilon program, taking over states by states. Then the whole world. This surely cannot happen as how the cult is just a money scam, but this is a guess.

I wouldn’t say they go to alternate universes. They just go to different time periods (I.E. the Wild West) and try to recruit new members. Matter of fact, the Chelonians seem to be based off of the Epsilon Program. And no, Francis wasn’t trying to recruit Arthur/John. He just wanted the locations of the rock carvings so he could travel to another time period, seeing as his work was done in the late 1890s with the Chelonians. The question is, who made the actual rock carvings? Was it the Chelonians themselves?

In GTA what we call California is known as San Andreas. in the second game they mention New York and some other cities multiple times (they might in the first one too I haven't played in a while). whereas in GTA it's Liberty City so in short you can tell because red dead redemption has kept some of the place names whereas GTA has not

The belt Sinclair wear wasn't made until the 40's... we had belts longer than that but the double stitching on both sides leather belts were more or less newer than what they had at the time... cashmere sweaters are a 70s style and his pants could be anywhere between the 30s to present... I didn't get a good enough look at the shoes but those could've been anywhere between their current time and our time... I wish the person who made this video focused on the drawing on the back because it actually does explain that this man is from our timeline and goes back.... not a man from the past like some are thinking in the comments
