I remember an easy way to beat him in Spiderman 3 was to use the Web Puppet super move. Kingpin has so much health, takes so little damage, and deals insane damage to you that it is broken, so you have to get even and cheap him if you're having a hard time. Web Puppet and counters are your best friends in this fight.

I like the boss fight with kingpin wilson fisk in spiderman 3 game. I still remember it was difficult as sh*t to fight kingpin without having spidey in the black suit to waste all of his rage metre and everything since fisk is mostly coming after him but just being dumb at the same time while spidey dodges him and jumps around the room a bit just to avoid him but even get the upper hand on him. It is very freaking difficult to do.

The problem with boss fights is when dying too many times lead to a restart in the battle and timing the buttons during cutscene is super delicate and has to be a perfect timing or u fail and restart
