This is a great video, but there are two other Mario Kart references in other games you missed: in the North American version of the original Super Smash Bros., if you look at Mario's bio, it mentions that two of the games he stars in are Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart 64, and Luigi's bio lists one of his starring games as Mario Kart 64. Also, in the original Paper Mario, the music that plays when you take the train to Mt. Rugged is a remix of Kalimari Desert's theme from Mario Kart 64.
