Mario tennis games for the gameboy were so good omg. They made it an RPG which was so awesome. Not saying the others were not, but it has that unique approach that really makes me appreciate it

Also it has more of a achievement story, since you start from the base and end up on the top. Would be cool to have in a new game. That's basically the same plot as Get a Grip.

tfw you remember power tennis's offense and defense power shots missing the ball(and the fact Yoshi's offense power shot reached ridiculously high lobs plus fly guy's defense power shot taking a long time to get and then hit the ball if you let the ball go as far as possible out of reach), those were hilarious moments!

Once it happened to me that I used Fly Guy's defense power shot and the game didn't seem to detect the ball reaching Fly Guy so it got stuck in that animation and I had to reset the game

Yeah I can admit Ultra Smash was a short experience, but it was pretty cool that they added Bowser Jr. but this time with his Koopa Clown Jr. car like Smash. I'm just glad he's back again and his clown car for Aces with a whole lot more content from the ground up.

If I only had 1. The Wii and gamecube where both my first consoles. Though I played the Wii a lot and didn't play the gamecube enough. In fact I only had 5 games to the 17 Wii games. So a gamecube virtual console would be new to me. Sorry off topic.

3DS and Wii U didn't do soo great. The Switch will *hopefully* turn the tennis, maybe a future golf and baseball game can turn the franchise around?

Also we needed some court without the same stadium and lacked of important characters that were in the other games Koopa, Shy Guy, Diddy Kong, Birdo, Petey Piranha and Dry Bones werent here.

Mario's Tennis is almost always forgotten! It is one of my favorite sports games! Man, Toad and Koopa Troopa were overpowered due to thr fact that they were pretty fast and could slide to keep from getting scored on. I still play this game on a regular basis
