There's a lot of boss from Mario & Luigi he forgot (besides Super Robo-Peach): Grobot (from Dream Team) Earthwake (from Dream Team) Robo-Drilldigger (from Dream Team) Pi'illodium (from Dream Team) All the Papercraft bosses (even Shiny Robo-Bowser) are technically mechas only made out of paper so they actually count (from Paper Jam) Tower of Yikk is also a robot, meanwhile Bowser's Castle is just a castle (from Bowser's Inside Story) Junker (from Bowser's Inside Story) there's also trillion of enemies who are robots like Mecha-Chomps and Shroids but I don't know if they count

Actually all the bosses in Yoshi's Safari except the Magikoopa, Chargin Chuck, and Big Boo as well as the mid-bosses are all mechs. You only showed the Iggy and Koopa Troopa bosses but the other Koopalings and even to an extent Bowser have mechs. Wendy has a reinforced armor suit that is bulletproof, Ludwig has a giant robot turtle that turns into a combat vehicle, Lemmy has a robot that resembles himself and control panel underneath it that resembles the Clown Car, Morton has a robot frog, Roy has a hot air balloon with mechanical arms and cannons on it, and Larry has a rotating pinwheel machine. Bowser himself is covered in mechanical armor with arm cannons and a torso laser. However unlike the other bosses once Bowser's mech is destroyed he actually fights you without it by shaking the floor and throwing Green Shells at you. Once you break both his arms he shoots fire.
