This was the first time I ever seen a move like this. In gaming mags I always just seen his leg lifted in the air and thought it was a crescent kick until I seen it in motion.. straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥 then in 98’ he added the sweet follow up. Props to Capcom tho.. They did a good job of keeping the move in one sweet motion. Rugal for President.
