The Siege Shockwave alt mode is a very sutle reference to Transformers Armada Tidal waves cybertronian Alt mode that was shown in the anime. In Japan Tidalwave was named Shockwave.

Before I had even known what transformers were I had a hound and a Shockwave toy I didn't even realize they were from the same franchise. They were my first 2 transformers ever I think I got them the same year for Christmas but can't remember

I literally found my alternator shock wave last night. Sadly he's missing a door and the arm with a hand. Yes Jazz (meister) was the other one sharing the mold (who looks so much better with stickers) I love that the radio shack galaxy man was used as props in Aliens.
