Taz is noticeable different from real Tasmanian Devils. Real devils aren’t brown and don’t spin around at high speeds. The crazy growling noises, that’s pretty accurate

Tiny toons was a show about new kid toons learning how to be like the Looney Tunes. So that's not Taz, that's Dizzy Devil learning how to be like him. The kid version of Taz is in Baby Looney Tunes.

The clips you showed of Tiny Toons wasn't Taz, that was Dizzy. I'm sure Taz did make a cameo in Tiny Toons at some point though. Also, Taz-Mania (the show) was 1991-1995 not 2001.
