I’m pretty sure Rising Tackle would be Terry’s recovery. Power Wave seems to be neutral, Burn Knuckle seems to be side special. Idk if Crack Shoot or Power Dunk will be down special.

So his Neutral B is Power Wave, his Side B is Burning Knuckle, his Up B is his Rising Tackle, his Down B is Crack Shot. As for his Ult Smash it is going to be his Star Dunk Volcano. His number 1st place animation will be him turning his back and tossing his hat off then give a thumbs up, and his second number 1st place will be him facing the camera tossing his hat off and giving a thumbs up.

Fun Fact: Terry Bogard made his true first appearance during the opening sequence of Street Fighter (1987), most players thought it was Joe but game director, producer, and sound designer Hiroshi Matsumoto revealed otherwise.
