Water is such a great ability and while is higher on my top 10 over the years I still think this ability is a blast I just wish it had more ways to deal high damage besides rainbow rain because with some bosses I ended up use this move only to deal damage

Poison is specifically a modified version of water because of the events of Planet Robobot. It's less that it was replaced and more that it's literally the water ability but industrialization caused it to be polluted water.

Fun fact: In english dub, the anime is called "Kirby: Right Back at Ya!" But the original (japanese) title is called "Hoshi no Kaabii" or in english "Kirby of the Star" And some character has different name (I didn't watch english dub so I don't know much)
