This video is a lot of help, I used a Dremel and roto bit to hog out the air box worked really well, funny the most challenging part was getting the upper air hose back on and in the right position.

Doug, nick, and other nick. I got a Question for you guys: can you swap the 30" wheel and tire setup from the x3xrs to the regular maverick max xds1000 with no mods? I got a buddy that found some for cheap and it seems to be the easiest way to increase tire size and have the same size tire at all four corners without dropping 2,000 bonerinos..... what do ya think bud?

Fuck man just giver a go and see. The X3 XRS has a pretty tight backspacing at only 6+1, but who knows it could fit. No one has OG Mavs around here any more to test it out on!

Hey guys another great video, I just love this project SXS with the supercharger or turbo and was wondering about how much power it will make and how fast it will be, so can I suggest if you don't mind guys that you go a buy a g-tech-pro which you can find at www.gtechpro.com and do testing 0-60mph, horsepower and torque spec which is handy when modifify your SXS... I think we would like to see what your results are for some of us that want to do the same thing.....Thanks guys for your time

Man, That price has me thinking about it. I don't own a SXS yet but plan on getting one in the next 12-18 months. It's hard to drop 28K on something like that and justify it. The 14K price makes it an easier pill to swallow. If I really really like the thing, I'll upgrade for the top performance machine of that year.
