In 2016 Evolution Tower became the headquarters of Transneft, the largest state-owned pipeline company in the world. iGuzzini has provided a total lighting solution: the dynamic facade lighting, the offices, and the communal indoor space, developing custom solutions in collaboration with the lighting designer, Dean Skira. The Laser Blade collection, in all its variations, was applied throughout the building, guaranteeing extreme visual comfort and a uniform look to the extremely well designed interiors. The building facade is considered one of the largest dynamic facades in this part of the world and has become, in the words of Nikolay Tokarev, Transneft President, a symbol of the new Russia.

This tower / skyscraper doesn't get mentioned a lot. It is quintessentially a representation of modern architecture and technology.

Totally striking and beautiful. I wonder how it will hold up. It is designed by British architect Tony Kettle in collaboration with art professor Karen Forbes of the University of Edinburgh.
