​@RyDaCol in truth there is no real way to pronounce dinosaur names correctly. most dinosaurs have a wildly excepted pronunciation however - i personally pronounce plateosaurus as "Play-tee-o-saw-rus

When I was watching the trailer for Update 11, the moment I saw the triceratops hanging with with elasmotheriums, it made me squeal so freaking hard because literally intersepcies interaction that is not just fighting is something I’ve always wanted in Jurassic World Evolution 2 and seeing prehistoric animals of different time periods just hanging out makes me so damn happy!!!

Now this game is really looking like an Zoo game i dreamed of playing. Especially with dinosaurs and other extinct animals in it. If there's more things added into the game like maybe a fighting animation for other creatures and even park guests like in the JWE games and Zoo Tycoon, then it'll really peak my interest on getting this in the future. If I have enough data space for my gaming laptop or something. Also cool to see the Leaellynasaura in something again. I like the feathery look it gains here. Even though I do like the non feathery version too from Walking with Dinosaurs. And also the Plateosaurus here as well. Not only another Sauropod in game, but also a Triassic era dinosaur here too. There should be more Triassic period creatures to appear in a game besides Coelophysis and Herrerasaurus.

Who would have thought that PK got Plateosaurus before JWE ever did. Hopefully the next game can give us Plateosaurus or some kind of early sauropodomorph.

PK is more focused on paleoaccuracy and representation, so it makes sense. Basal dinos are important in that regard.

Honestly babies seem to fit with 13 but maybe not idk. It’s be cool if Dino’s have like a natural nesting feature that’s not decided by plays, can be but not always. Honestly love pk but it’s overwhelming and graphics suck on my laptop. But I love the idea of them not making guests a short list of animations like I’d love to see all kinds of interactions between guests that just make it more alive.

Blue Meridian does a pretty good job with more limited resources than Frontier. Logistics is a good idea, it should be done by land or sea depending on the map, it would be nice if there was a port on the island maps. I would like to build a port in Isla Nublar. jwe3 must be more advanced, features such as park cleaning, habitat cleaning, security measures to prevent crimes, tour guides etc. from Planet Zoo should be added.

I don't know how real zoos store things, but is this really how they provide stores and enclosures with everything they need? I always thought they have a dedicated area for deliveries and then send it to the needed area in the zoo, storing it in the respective houses. I guess I need to look into this 😅

I don’t believe the gift shops or concessions stands at zoos have enough room anywhere to store the items to sell. There will always be larger storage areas hidden around the park where items get delivered to and from.

I do wonder if certain animals will be dangerous for caretakers. Like will a Dilophosaurus attack a caretaker and if so will we have to find alternate ways to take care of them

Once hunting and such is introduced they suggested you’d need security staff to accompany keepers into dangerous enclosure

@@aidan404”Security Staff” for enclosures is highly unlikely, they cannot do anything other than shoot the animals which they cannot do everyday. Real zoos move the animals into a holding pen while the keepers work around the exhibit while it’s empty. I hope they take this approach if they come to this point in PK.

Probably not before it gets a full release. Which seems like it could take another year or two, if not longer. They're planning to implement so many features, so it's gonna take a while.

@@Ursfavlivss well not really, sure frontier didn’t add much as JWE2 was basically the same as JWE but with a few additional maps and species with a few new mechanics but it’s a great opportunity for the chaos theory species and saber tooth tiger to be added to the base game of JWE3 and the ingen species I listed can be a DLC

Unlikely. Probably won't get a full release before 2025 or 26, and any console release wouldn't happen before that.

I wish you would play PK more. I think you’re getting too hung up on the modular building and I think you’re being too harsh on yourself. You’ve done a good job in the past with modular building. I’ve always liked what you’ve built in PK. I find it impressive. I understand comparing yourself to other’s work and feeling disappointed. It’s a common occurrence in any creative work. But comparison is the thief of joy. You shouldn’t be comparing yourself to someone who has more experienced than you or someone has put in more time than you. The only person you should compare yourself to is past you. “Did you improve from your last build?” “Did you learn anything new?”
