Thanks for this video, I found it after experimenting with lagoons all day myself, making a "SeaWorld: Jurassic"; one more thing I noticed is that lagoons, though they must be level with themselves, do not need to be level to each other even if they are close by. So by starting lagoons at very different elevations and then bringing their edges close together, a visually interesting "terraced" look can be achieved. Another minor thing, but still worth mentioning, is that feeders flatten their bit of the curve, so you can use them to break up the visual monotony of a lagoon shoreline.

Wow I haven't played too much yet but seeing this and knowing how good your parks looked in the first game with mods you really showed how good they improved that I would have never tried to use all the decorations the way you used them in this video it really shows how good a park can look like and I can't wait to see bigger parks you build, it motivated me to really try making a good looking park once I have everything unlocked.

I am kinda disappointed how far apart the viewing stadiums have to be away from each other making it impossible to make a Jurassic world type feeding show, I was kinda disappointed we didn't get a huge aviary dome like the one in the movie, instead we get a tiny dome or we can make a huge aviary but the shape is hexagonal and flat on the roof.😳 Otherwise aside from a few bugs and the short campaign I have no complaints about the game.👍

I've got a tip I came up with for Aviaries. I'm not sure if you've mentioned it on your channel, but I've seen it on others that Pterasaurs will sit on scenery (but not nature). I came up with an idea and it works pretty well. If I run a Tour through an Aviary, I place Modern Lights 2 on both sides of the tour track. Just occasionally so they are like checkpoints. (I liked that better than having flags all over the place) Just don't put them as close to the track as they will fit. I've had a couple I had to move because if a pterasaur was sitting on it the tour vehicle would just sit and wait. Move it ever so slightly and your guests get seriously close encounters.

I kinda wish Frontier implemented a genome modifier for size. Nothing fancy just a simple setting you can switch between small (25%/50% smaller model), medium (Base size model) and Large (25%/50% bigger model). I feel like that would be a lot of fun and in some cases can help please people who don't like how the dinosaurs are often wrongly sized. If they wanted to make it more of a mechanic they can even add pros/cons to changing the size, like decreasing/increasing overall lifespan or increasing/decreasing the chance for certain traits related to changing the size. Who doesn't want to build a park with lots of small velociraptors or mosasaurs or ridiculously giant Trex's or compys. The entire idea of jurassic park is that they changed the size and look of many dinosaurs to be entertaining rather then realistic, so we should be able to do that too. After that I think the lagoons need to be better in general, I can understand the aviary being a bit more complex but Lagoons shouldn't be built via connecting circles. They should be built with landscaping tools and allow freedom, with the option to use premade lagoons for those who aren't great at landscape tools. It honestly wouldn't have to be much different from the already existing water sculpting tools...
