Noobie question, what happens to the wheels/motors when you spin your board and ride backwards (regarding board orientation) I presume you pull off throttle and have to time it when you flip the board back forward again.

If the accelerator and brake aren't engaged the board with freeroll in whatever direction momentum is taking it.

Has anyone had any problems with sticky wheels ie: when I pull the trigger on the remote the wheels won't turn until I start the wheels by hand and its making a sound as the wheels go round. Doesn't sound right like somethings out of whack?

Hi, a lot of phones have been having trouble logging in lately and that fix is underway. The Custom feature doesn't require a log in so you can do that right away.

Best beginner tip: learn to ride a ‘manual’ skateboard first. Everything that’s key comes from this: balance, stance, strength, bailing.... the best thing about Evolve boards is they feel like the best carvy-cruisers, only with motors. Old school decks relatively cheap and will unlock so much for your riding.

Any board experience will help get a new rider started, but we think learning from scratch on an electric board is perfect as long as riders don't try and go too fast too soon.

Is it normal for the board to make crazy rattling sounds when braking fully? Just purchased recently so I am wondering if that’s normal or the belts are to loose

yes they are too lose, i try to tighten mine that when im doin a full brake at full speed it just rattles maximum bout 5 times, because if you have it tighter you loose range and its louder

Yes, sounds like the belts are a little loose. They can stretch a bit when you first get it so tighten them up and you will be good to shred in silence!

J’ai fait comme vous avez dit je suis allée dans produc info et ensuite j’ai toucher deux fois le bouton flèche du bas et ensuite deux fois le bouton power et j’ai fait le contraire et j’ai recommencé d’un coter et de l’autre et je réussi pas à entrer il se passe rien !
