You two were great. But Lucy hit it out of the ballpark. I'm really glad that I watched this because her insight about Leadership Development was so helpful for me. Managers are so reluctant to participate in Disruptive Event groups or accept five minutes of a Consultant's time to talk about how they're feeling. They always prefer to blow us off by saying, "Don't waste your time on me. I'm fine. Please go take care of the employees." But it's obvious by their body language and behavior that they're not fine and are likely to be unable to support the wellness of their team if they can't be covertly encouraged to join in.
