I pulled Umbreon vmax from my ETB I was keeping sealed on January 1st after working an overnight at the hospital. I figured it's new years day why not. Pulled the alt art Umbreon, Rainbow Rare Gyarados, Rainbow Rare Sylveon all from that 1 ETB! It was a dream come true! Umbreon even got a 10 from PSA! 🎉🥳

At this point, you're better off just saving your money and buying the singles you really want. And I'm sure you'd rather not spend darn near $700 for a booster box. I mean, have you seen how hard the pull rates are anyway? 😂

ES is one of "those" sets. Also a COVID set. It's a top 5 set all-time (IMO).

@@charlesshannon5697 the glaceon and sylveon are definitely my favorite artworks in the set! Congrats on the recent pull! I just graded the glaceon last month, and it got a 10! It was the first vmax alt art I pulled. Now I need to grade the only other vmax alt art I pulled so far (the umbreon).

I'm very fortunate enough to have all the Eeveeloution Vmax alt arts on my collection. Including my PSA 10 Espeon and Umbreon. However, the only ones I actually pulled is Sylveon and Leafeon.

Son pulled the Moonbreaon on his birthday from and ETB, and the umbreon V from the second one he got as a gift. The Umbreon V graded PSA 10. The Moonbreon graded a BGS 10 Black Label.

The way I look at Evolving Skies Alternate Arts at this point is that they're low volume "stocks" on the market. You'll be hard pressed to find a good trendline, especially as the amount of packs gets less and less and the amount of cards in circulation stagnates.

We all know everything is going up for the most part. I was one of the lucky people who actually pulled the Embreon Vmax moonbreon. And the Ray Vmax alt art. I am glad that the prices are going up. But I collect and don’t ever plan to sell anyways. 🧐

@@ryisz1257 lol, I can’t recommend going all in on Pokemon, but investing 2-5% of your portfolio can be profitable. Personally, I think sealed product is the best. I also search out PSA 10 worthy singles. Lastly, just hold until the next boom.

Sadly I knew that the Golurk would be low and it is my least favourite Alt art so I understand why it is cheap. it is still and amazing piece of art though, I need to get hold of moonbreon 17 cards from the Master and I still don't have that or the Leafeon vmax. sad times ahead.

Same! I was never lucky enough to pull the Moonbreon, even when ES was everywhere at the time. So I just traded a bunch of cards and picked up a PSA 10 copy. No regrets.😊

I ordered a bunch of Paldea Evolved singles from TCG player a few months ago and the seller didn't have a milotic illustration rare, so they sent me the Umbreon V alt art from this set. It's the only card from the set I have

I think all the other eeveelutions are going up purely on speculation. The high prices for moonbreon are causing a short term surge in demand for the other hits in the sets. We saw the same thing ~15mo ago when ppl started buying up Gen 8 hits ahead of SV base set
