Hahaha! I'm just seeing this now and I was surprised he didn't know about Wintersun. I loved being a devotee of Mehrunes Dagon. Once you're a devotee (i.e. cross 100% affinity) all nearby enemies around you will burn and once they die they explode. It helped a lot with my role playing, I wanted to create a character that doesn't even have to fight, just walks calmly and enemies just die (or run away).

Wintersun is by EnaiSiaion who also wrote ordinator, sacrosanct, and a lot of core system overhaul mods, very well tested and stable, very immersive.

I believe followers are extra 'strong' on higher difficulties like Expert since they are not affected by the difficulty slider, by the way. So the game is always Adept for them. At least in the base game. Probably a lot of mods that change that. Just in case anyone did not know and was curious.

Legacy of the Dragonborn has it's own extensive questline but you need to meet certain requirements (i.e meeting the Greybeards to unlock the first excavation) but the story is well written. Would recommend it for your own private playthrough. Helgan Reborn is also a good mod that allows you to rebuild Helgen. It has a small questline thats like 4 hours long

The questline was mid at best imo, and the house is absurd, but the ability to walk through Helgen instead of having to go around it is so sublime I always recommend the mod.

“KZbin Sleeper” is exactly the right name for it, and a New Joov multi hour VOD drop is better than Benzedrine and White Russians. It takes at least an hour to kick in, but the Dream/Voice/Game mix really makes for a relaxing night. Then keep rewatching until the next vid drops to catch any missed content

If you want some solid overhaul mods that don't change the core gameplay too much, I recommend the entire Enai suit of mods. This includes Ordinator, a perk tree oveerhaul mod that expands the original skill trees to give you far more options, Odin, a very solid magic overhaul, Mannaz, a racial perk overhaul that makes them feel more unique and worthwhile and a few others. The entire suite is designed to work together, and basically gives you an enhanced experience. He also released a more vanilla plus variant of most of the mods, that tweaks the vanilla systems instead of overwriting them entirely. Figured you might want the rest of the package since I saw you add Wintersun during the stream. I'm also going to recommend my absolute favorite mod - There is no Umbra. It's a story mod that takes you to a whole host of locations to investigate the history of the sword Umbra. Umbra is a sword owned by Clavicus Vile that is mentioned in Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim, and the mod gives this sword some really unique features and mechanics.

If you're gonna be taking roads a lot, should i recommend Northern Roads. And for whiterun being so empty outside use JK Whiterun's Outskirt and Northern Scenery. Ancient Land is also a good mod for scenery. Harvest Overhaul Redone for realistic harvest quantity Thaumaturgy - An Enchanting Overhaul for a vanilla+ enchants. Adds a few new enchants as well. Apothecary - An Alchemy Overhaul for a vanilla+ potion creation. Those last two are from the same person who made Blade and Blunt

For the night sky I really like "Skyland Night Sky". I don't think that's the one you're using here because it doesn't have any strange wonkiness when I look at it carefully like you did. "Immersive Equipment Displays" is what I use to show off items on my character in 3rd person. The default settings work great for 99% of situations. Good luck. The Skyrim mods rabbit hole is endlessly deep.

Wintersun, along with all of Enaisiaion's overhaul mods, are _so_ good that it's almost impossible to justify playing without them. TLDR: I HIGHLY recommend Enai's overhaul mods. My first time playing Skyrim was around when SE released, on Xbox. I used mods on my first playthrough, watched some video on a "vanilla" mod load order, and copied it. It had Wildcat, Wintersun, Ordinator, Vamp & Werewolf overhauls, etc. I tried one time to play through the game without them, and I just couldn't.

Tiber Septum expanded the empire by uniting the continent of Tamriel under his imperial rule. Tiber Septum adopted the symbol of the Amulet of Kings as the symbol of the Empire, that does not mean he founded the empire. Considering he did unit all of Tamriel under his rule, I find it incredibly blasphemous that his blessing it to increase shout effectiveness on elves. Whoever wrote this mod doesn't know their Elder Scrolls religious lore at all. I've spotted several egregious errors with the descriptions of the gods. I use it, but I didn't realize how much it breaks the lore.

They added 2 things to the 2.0 update that ruined Cyberpunk for me: Level scaling - Levelling up is pointless when all the enemies level up with you; The stamina bar for shooting guns, making guns less accurate the more you shoot. So stupid 😒
