I'm on the right path then. I started ascending my PVP generals but then mid through it I started to wonder if my ares blood would be better spent elsewhere.... came to the same exact conclusion, and now my Menshikov and Askia are 1 red star, and now I'm just waiting for Trial of Knights to ascend George Dewey 😁

I'd like to mention that if you see these guys in the tavern, just buy them immediately. Then you'll have them to ascend in whatever order you want. It will likely take months to gather 9-15 of any of these guys so buy when you see them (stop at number 15) 😉

Ascending keep officers depends on your game style. You can start to get them ready at anytime. but if your going to keep your city troop level small and always ghost...these guys remove all duty officers. If you plan to develop a large layered army and there is no possibility to ghost...then there is great value in getting all the real duty officers ascended. As for Toyotomi , I was soooo Evony made him available in tavern. But so disappointed after he was made awakened. Not one of the stars could have helped with march size. They give this as the 3rd star to many pvp generals..but not the rally spot duty. They whole purpose of the rally spot and duty officer is march size. Not even 5% was given. I hope they don't do the same thing to Ban Chao.. As usual, great video. If you plan to have a huge army...start to ascend your real duty offices is a great plan.

if your style is to always be able to ghost then sure...but you also might want to drop ghost and surprise someone

I see "King of Bytes" dropped a similar comment as to what I was about to say. It truly is important to buy ANY/ALL duty officers when they appear, if you have the gems and gold to do it!!!! I seen the academy and keep officer pop up several times right before they got ascended, now I can't get them to show back up. So I'm thinking once they ascend the drop rate gets lowered making them harder to obtain. So even if they might be garbage, you just don't know what their ascending skills will look like and might not want to pass up an easy chance getting those extra buff without having to drop a ton of your materials to get them again

Now the key question. How many blood if ares will we need to 6th star all of those? I'm guessing a lot. If they would improve the drop rate that would help.

5th star = 620 total for this star, 6th star = 750 for this star then 890, 1070 and 1250 for a total of 4580 blood of ares... Also the fragments go 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 for a total of 450 frags to fully ascend.

@@gamingaddictswithgenghis I think so for sures. Totally as you say, best bang for the buck is the duty generals and defensive buffs. Besides, for attack generals I don't have in most cases enough to get all the stars done anyways, neither the blood nor frags.

Opening is slightly incorrect, it’s extremely important for everyone including heavy coiners. But they should be ten starring all of them before worrying about sub general ascents.

As a F2P player I ghost. All the duty general ascends are in city so essentially useless to a ghoster. I think it is the same for many F2P players unless they have been playing for a long time.
