Elektra with Kaguya gives you 105% attack... it is on the evony guide at the wall of the city... but I haven't seen any videos out there about it.

I agree that ease of ascending a general is now a significant factor in ranking pvp archer generals. Based on what we know now, Elektra has the most ranged attack potential (with 5 red stars) because she also gets a march size buff from her third red star, whereas Simeon gets a rally capacity buff. We'll need to reshuffle these rankings as we learn more ranged pvp generals are awakened. Personally, I'm saving my blood of ares and general fragments until I see the awakened buffs for Minamoto and Winfield Scott. The Miser has described Minamoto's capability and versatility in this video very well. Winfield doesn't usually make the cut in these rankings, but he's a solid pick for ranged pvp because his stats grow quickly, he buffs ranged attack by 111% through skills and specialties (116% for Minamoto/Elektra, 120% for Alfred and 121% for Simeon), and he buffs march size by up to 22% through skill books (12%) and his last specialty (10%). While ranged attack is often debuffed by the full 50%, march size cannot be debuffed. So, if he gets an additional march size buff from ascending, he could be right at the top of the attacking ranged pvp ranking, especially for no/low-budget players.

Minamoto is my main right now, too. I lucked out and got Simeon from the Battleshop, but I'm not a huge coiner. I may try to build him up slowly.

I agree with the first 2 places as they can be awaken and Elektra being free to get makes her even better. Although to awaken a general will require you to spend money for now, so it's not a good idea for Free to Play players to shoot for it now. Still, for the last 3 places I disagree. I would put #3 Alfred, #4 Minamoto and #5 Tomyris (due to only being good at rally leader). Mostly because alfred is 2nd best archer general at reinforcing and without awaking is slightly worse than Simeon due to having less Def. Reinforce Stats (assuming only attack book): Minamoto: att: 116, hp: 20, def: 10 Alfred: att: 80, hp: 10, def: 20 Tomyris: att: 55, hp: 10, def: 10 Elektra: att: 45, hp: 10, def: 10 Simeon: att: 41, hp: 0, def: 10

Can't quite tell if you're from Canada or Wisconsin, but wanted to let you know I appreciate your content. Looking for tips on ascending...I am a low spender probably $500(usd) over the past year I have elektra with 2 red stars and 2, potentially 3 copies of Simeon and wondering if I should ascend him or keep working with elektra. More importantly to get the said 3rd copy of Simeon I have to I have to ascend another general for the points in trial of knights I could do barbarossa hannibal or roland, which I have no mounted general invested in for monsters or pvp

Canada. I'd say stick with Elektra. The difference is very slight and not worth redoing all your work. I'll have a mounted video up in a few days.

I'm very confused, what about the other archer generals that are new? Why would Evony come out with new archer generals if they are not stronger than the older generals? Harald III? Henry V? I'm sad for this... As I have several of those stacked currently

No you'd want to shoot for an duty general that's based for the archer tower i.e Ban Chao, he's great and his special skills help out more than having one of these guys as your substitute duty general

You have to find compatible generals. I have a few general combo videos you can use or you can use compatibility spreadsheets to find a combo that works for you.

How many Generals of the same type do you need to awaken them. I have 2 Simion the greats. 1 from the battlefield shop, and 1 from that 19.99 pack that you may or may not get a Historical General. If you need 2 or more Generals of the same type, then as protest, I will turn Simon the Great into an Archer gather. Can't wait for your best Archer gathers series🤪

I use Alfred, chose him months ago as I felt he was best... in hindsight (and I have him) probably Simeon #1. Elektra, I agree here, is #1 because of the ease of availability, he power + stats, and eh, she's cute ^-^

Alfred is slightly worse than Simeon, so he is currently number 2 on the list, but Alfred is the 2nd best archer at reinforcing after Minamoto. Simeon losses a lot of attack when reinforcing, which is why I think that overall Alfred is better

Bah! I rarely participate in Svs due to work. I don't "coin" so the only way I could possibly earn Ares Blood Tokens is if they add it to some wheel or Boss Monster. So, any hopes of adding stars to any General are lost for me. However, I think the Top 5 are easily interchangeable, as it is dependent upon how someone "plays." For me, my #1 is Minamoto. For someone lucky enough to be in a highly active alliance with plenty of rallies; for them Tomyris. For those that solo, Elektra would be their #1 possibly. Simeon or Alfred can be thrown in there as well. Now with regards to "Awakening," if the simplest choice is selected such as Elektra, we may get 1 or 2 extra stars. Then it would be so difficult to acquire the tokens and/or fragments it would take ages to complete.
