Evony: What generals should you ascend with blood of ares

As a freeloader, I love your basic presentation and your insistence to keep it basic with your development. I hoard everything since everything is hard to come by, especially Blood of Ares. As one of the premier Boss Rally players in the alliance, my focus has been on Mounted, which means Roland for PvP. For bosses I was fortunate enough to get Aethelflaed and have ascended her just one level. While it seems a bit foolish, killing b14s and medium Cerberus is very important to us. With Ethel and Roland I am currently only taking 6k wounded for Med Cerberus (although t14 are expensive to train and heal). Eventually I will have 0 wounded and will not have to worry about recovery. Keep on making these types of videos and stick to the basics. So many others try to flex their Evony Ego with their videos and much is missed. Thanks you for your time and effort.

I would love to hear your thoughts on ascending Ban Chao, the archer tower officer. He has great benefits for each red star and getting copies isn't that hard.

People just aren't that educated, man. Not anymore. Anyway Ares is the Greek God of War, corresponding to Mars in the Roman Pantheon. Just to complete the lesson for everybody.

I have too many generals, at least a few that most players will burn alliances for i think, evony is a marathon not a sprint so all i need is direction sometimes

I disagree with you about the duty generals ascension...Ascending duty generals to 6th star increases your defense...7th or 8th star debatable:)

Yea, eventually every general you have in every duty spot, sub city, and attack general should be fully ascended. The point of the video was to direct new players to where they should FIRST focus blood of ares. It depends how much money you spend and how many years you plan to play. I would not recommend a brand new player who is not spending to go ascend a duty officer. Save blood of ares for the most important generals.
