God, I feel like Mike saw what Ryan was playing and pulled his deck out of a special case just to counter hastey graveyard decks. And I'll admit it, it was glorious. Between the graveyard exile and the obedience, I'm pretty sure Mike is the biggest reason Ryan didn't win on turn 5 or 6. You see things like Kiki and worldgorger, and you just know that player stopped trying to play fair magic the moment everyone sat down.

Why did mike use the generous gift on the executioners capsule and not the onlivion stone? I think he would have won if he blew up the stone instead so can anyone explain? I really dont see it

Ryan wasted that kill spell on the Silent Arbiter, should have waited as there was the O Stone out there and he only had one creature as it was. The O Stone also was set off to early, should have used it on an opponent's turn.

Actually, Ryan could've kept mana open and snuck his creatures into the battlefield during Harry's end step, essentially negating the Blind Obedience.

No, you can't. When you sneak attack a creature in, it has to be sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step. He would sneak attack them in, then sacrifice them.

Yes, as reminder text dosen't count towards color identity.

Because of this, any mana symbols in reminder texts are ignored as far as color identity is concerned. This holds true for all monocolored cards with extort: you're free to run Blind Obedience in non-black decks and Crypt Ghast in non-white decks.
