A dremal tool with a grinding disk works great for those rivets and stubborn screws. Learned from Rafal. as always ✌️ 👍

I think I’ve found silver contacts in those round things between the aluminum heat sinks. In a bucket for future silver recovery for me some day.

Wow a bit unlucky not to get a large transformer out of it. I just scrapped a similar one to this TEAC brand it had a 2kg tri transformer in it and was wrapper in 2 sheets of copper. The whole transformer was incased in some kind of fibreglass resin but I maged to smash it apart freely enough.
