Hello Ben, you are one hardcore guy.. scrapping in that heat. My head starts to slow down about 25 - 27c and 30 I'm out😂 Give me some nice minus 15c and I am happy. Scrapping still rocks but scrapyard is now paying shred steel price for compressor/sealed units. Upside is I get high grade copper wire price for Mosfets.

I did this computer recycling for a number of years. I found there are chemicals on the circuit boards(Flame retardant I think) that made my fingers numb and tingle. Some sort of gloves may help you out.

8:24 you can see that that Dell switch is a Powerswitch N3048EP-ON, sold on ebay less than 2 weeks ago for over $700. That's an awfully nice switch to be scrapping

A lot of scrappers work on the basis that doing the gold reclamation is a retirement project when they're not lifting metal boxes about any more. Part of the hope is that people will find a simpler process in that time. Either way, golds always going to go up, so it's a way of banking money
