I'm always glad to learn something new. A "donsey" is a gathering of gnomes.

Can you say more about the different kinds of wool you are trying to produce? And what each variety will be used for?

My worst day in my mill in NY was attempting to spin CVM. Any time someone says they have CVM, I am very cautious now.

Grants are like submitting artwork to a jury. If you know who is determining the recipient of a grant, it’s always helpful to know the quirks/interests of the juror, judge. It’s also important to employ the same vocabulary written in the grant perspective as well as the popular “buzz-words” being used in the granting community that year. I have found it’s best to be direct & graphic in language and not use innuendo. AND, even the best grant writers don’t get every grant they apply for, no matter how eloquent their application. I’m sure you did nothing wrong in writing your grant…Good luck w/ the grant to put in the handicapped ramp…..A group of gnomes is known as a Donsy. They can represent good luck, protection, nature, fertility, and abundance, among other things. Adding a garden gnome to an outdoor space can serve as a reminder of the importance of these values and the role we play in protecting and appreciating the world around us.

I’m excited to be the winner! Whoooohooo! I learned a new one with the collective noun “donsey” so I hope others will answer! A question- when will you have another room challenge? That’s been a while and it was fun team bonding to watch!😊 What challenges have you faced lately? How can we viewers best support you as you continue your original mission? Call Christine Ellsworth for writing classes, The gal in Dickinson with the chocolates, please ask the Stampin’ Up lady to return and contact Maker Nature Ashley Carlson for watercolor classes! Oh- maybe Desi Severance for Christmas potted pines for the front porch holiday decor!?

I would love to purchase seed from you! Also, if you ever have time, I would love it if you could do a video explaining what constitutes fleece quality, with footage of different sheep showing what’s good and what’s not so good. Love watching you gals!

Ok, here is a trivia kind of question. Which of your beautiful rooms is the most requested by overnight guests?

I had watched a show once where the rams had some sort of dye patch or something applied so when they mated the female had a mark on them to let farmer see they had mated….do you ever do that or heard of it? What a gorgeous space Chris! Was that your son? How did you not just stop and scoop up that puppy in store?!? I would love to buy seed, would it be okay to ship to Canada? That is something I wonder…. Can’t believe I had no questions last week, usually so curious. That grant missed is a bummer! There will be something better. Loved the ‘length less’ word…hahaha, your suffering was felt, get it? Can it be good to wet felt a vessel with? Love the deer head!! Now I remember I did ask question re: yarn bowl 🤔? Could there be Elk or Moose antlers? A donsey sounds Irish….either a donkey mix or a tool? Off to search web…..totally off topic…..how have your nails stayed so pretty with all you do Teresa?

Informative as usual 😊 Teresa, how many ewes and rams have you paired up? Does Jeff like working with the sheep as much as you do? ~ All the wreaths look really good! You three could teach a wreath-making class!! ~ That's a bummer you didn't get that grant 😝 Would be interesting to know who did and for what purpose. ~ Thank you for all you do to inform and inspire others 😊

So what is this amazing ball winder brand you speak of 🤔 inquiring minds want to know 😁🧶🧶🧶though after watching you two use it 🤭😂 I wish it didn't snow where you are then maybe I could get my husband to house hunt there. Would be amazing to be near the schoolhouse to attend and/or teach 😁.

Libby to the rescue! After you've used the new swift and ball winder more, can you give us an update? Sorry to hear about the grant. I'll send positive thoughts your way that the money will follow your passion and dream! Have you ever put together a marketing campaign targeted to regional fiber guilds to hold a retreat at the Nome Schoolhouse?

Just a video suggestion for Chris: too many swish pans in your footage. I had to look away because swish panning makes me nauseated. I may not be the only viewer with this problem.

I have the same problem, it makes me incredibly dizzy and I can't watch! Which makes me sad because I want to see EVERYTHING! Just move back and forth a little slower and it would be perfect! 💜🤩@@EweTube
