Try to interviewwith long term ev vehicle owners about vehicle quality, range, service. Most of the company will be failure at this point. Dont put new vehicle news its like old wine in new bottle. I heard most of the revolt users are not happy with service, spares, range drop issues. Revolt buys chinese spare parts. They dont promise to create battery swap or charging stations. Similar situation for ola and others.

Sir i have RV300 since 2020 As u said charger issue is always there every quarter i had to get it repaired earlier now my brother is using it he got charger from outer market as price for charger is around 12.5 k and in outer market it is around 6.5k Quite often bms ends up with issues nowadays suddenly bike gets shut down ( once we started charging it showd 80%) Bike is very much capable but one thing to mention is service Velachery service doesn’t pick up calls ( lack of staff and frequent staff changes as well ) Same case in secunderbad too They just concentrate on sales and dont bother about service 3 times they changed battery ( hardly 8k KMs driven ) cpu of e-bike is battery+charger and good service n/w which they lag

Last 2 years i have faced lot of issue with this vehicle 1. 3 times of charger issue 2 4 times belt replaced 3. Controller issue 4. Sensor issue 5 wheel bearing 6. Break shoe 3 time 7. Belt pully 1 time 8. Bike idelly stand around 2months

Sir Revolt is good but service is worst Just for brake sensor they take 1month to arrange Belt they charge 3000 with 6month warranty Same belt buying from parrys for 1060 without warranty (1belt i run 1year) In Anna Nagar service center water wash not working for last 1year I do service every 6month once last 2service they don't do water wash. For service we have to book 1month before Like this issues r there.....

I own RV400, bike is very good. But service is worst to core. Sales people and people are not knowledgeable as smart bike. I was having charger issue, and replaced with 6K paid even though I have warranty. Water wash always not available in service. If we wash bike in home also there will some alarm sound beeping. I hope all Revolt bike will be having similar kind problems.
