Man did this ever bring me back to my childhood! I love this cartoon I thought it was much better than droids. And the little female ewok who was into beauty and whatnot was always so cute!

Wow I never knew this was a tv series! I used to have a little storybook about these guys and was just thinking of it a few days ago, wondering what they were called then I saw this in the reccommended vidoes and was all 'that's what it was!' Thanks for posting!

I live in the U.S. (Texas), and watched the show when it originally aired on Saturday mornings back in the '80's when I was little. Though the images in this video were from the final season, when some personalities and some of the colors (like wicket's hood) were inexplicably changed. The song went, "We are the E - E - E - E - E - the Ewoks and we're one big happy family...," or something like that, in a really low, rumbly Ewok voice.

Thats how it is with most of these old cartoons. You love them because of nostalgia but when you watch them they are not as good as you remember and most of them are pretty bad. Today most cartoons are much better and got much better and móre exciting storys and better characters with great personalitys. The people that say cartoons where better when we where kids have probably not seen any old cartoons in a long time.

But the Empire wasn't defeted completely by the Ewoks the battles continued on in the books. It was just a major loss, with two very impotant people dieing and all.

I used to have these rub on stickers of these ewok guys. you would take the sticker page and place it face down on something else like your homework, then use a pencil or something and rub it back and forth on the back of the sticker sheet. When you pulled away the sheet the sticker would stay on the paper. Anyone know what those were called? Just rub on stickers?

I loved this show as a kid, but that is totally not the intro song I grew up with. Though, I don't think I saw many of the episodes when they changed Wicket's hood to green and also changed some of the characters' personalities. That really ticked me off. Maybe that was when they changed the song, or maybe this was just a UK intro or something?
