You know my father was put in prison for 15 years for running a con where he'd spray fruit trees for bugs, but he'd use water and food coloring instead of pesticide. I'm talking about small orchards. This was in the 90s. He was convicted a month after I was born. He got paroled when I was 13, but he had a traumatic brain injury from fighting in prison that deteriorated, and he passed when I was 19 a sophomore at Texas Tech. This guy was given probation after probation for violent crimes until a kid wound up dead, my father never committed a violent crime, he came up with a dumb con to make a quick buck for his extremely poor family and prison killed him I got 6 years with him.

I feel for you bro, I’m from the Uk. And have watched enough crime docs and seen how the U.S. Penal System works. It is crazy. I feel for you and your family because your dad, certainly can’t have been expecting such a harsh punishment , either. Apparently the U.S. take their agriculture very seriously, so if he thought he could make a few extra bucks to feed the family but the actual offence is really frowned upon and your getting 15 years in the pen for that. Sheeesh… Seriously in the Uk, he might get banned for from working in the industry and suspended sentence or a fine would be the likely outcome. I’ve also been to prison. And we can thank god for small mercies, I think. I listened to a podcast last night about a book called fish. A young kid from the suburbs. Green as they come in prison terms. This guy T.J. Pursell. Is the author, similar background to me. But this guy in the us jail was gaslight by experienced older convicts. Super friendly, plied him with drink, then turned on him and took turns r@ping him and they flipped a coin for who hee belongs to now. White guy from the suburbs in jail in 78, first timer ⏱️ . This kid was being super naive admittedly. My point being. The prison system in the Uk, is so much more civilised, I was in prison with quite a famous old con in the early 90’s a reasonably well known hard man ex boxer ( lol) Hands like shovels ( total narcissist) anyway it was said to me. Never to go in the shower when Paul Sykes was in. Coz he would k.o. You and have his way with you. Now I mentioned this story on a KZbin documentary about Paul Sykes ( ironically his dad was a prison officer, too) This Ex con was giving me pelters saying there’s no such thing as jail bent. If your doing long enough, I bet there is. Going back to my point. The u.s. is so vast. It’s just so hard to not run like meat packing factories. I mean the transportation from jail to jails sounds like the 7 th circle of hell. God bless you and father. I hope this makes sense, because I haven’t fully edited it yet.

I still have his account following me on Instagram. I'm 19 now and it's so heartbreaking looking back and seeing what happened to him. It's so sad nobody came to the Jeremiahs rescue from this horrible family. I grew up in a very abusive household. I was finally rescued at 7 after a near death beating. School kept asking me why i can't sit down and things went downhill from there. I was rushed to the hospital and stayed for a week. Then foster care till i was 16. I'm still to this day terrified of my dad. As an adult I've seen him twice, and he acted like he didn't even recognize me. Why can I remember him, but he didn't acknowledge me. Walked right past me. He has a whole new family and new life. Idk now that I'm older I have been so interested in the abuse cases. Some of the videos being back memories I had forgotten about. Sometimes, I feel like I need to talk about it and release these emotions. I guess I'm doing that now. I struggle, but surprisingly I walk around everyday with a big ol smile thanking God for another day.

This only will push judges to give EVERYONE the maximum sentence, even in cases where it isn’t deserved. They’d do this bc on the off chance that person is a lunatic, they could lose their job for showing leniency. Seeing Jeremiah’s unanswered texts to his mom was heartbreaking. That poor boy just wanted his mother to love him, he wanted her to care about him, he wanted to not have to doubt it anymore. He worried about her and wanted to know she was ok, and she couldn’t give him any of that. I see my kids every single day, and I can’t imagine ever seeing a text from them and just ignoring it, especially one saying “I love you.” This woman disastrously failed on so many levels, worst of all was the man she kept around. Jeremiah was an especially introspective kid. He knew he was in a bad situation, including his own drug use, and was looking for ways out. Just to think how alone and neglected that poor boy was. He still loved his mom no matter how horrible she was to him. Never bring your children around people who you know are violent/dangerous. I'm not at the end of the video yet so I don't know if the sentence purred to any prison time related to this or not. Obviously, violent crimes are worse, but if you're so childish that you think you're "stealing money from rich people" by scamming, you need to learn something. Scams like that only affect middle class and lower, someone's getting fired, and it's not the boss. That's how these rich people stay rich. They make it impossible to get to their money. They use middle class and lower workers as the fall guys. Nobody who's actually rich would put their money in a position where random women can easily steal it. That's not their money. Your mom was stealing, that was money those rich people were using, it's not theirs, their money is on a different continent. What your mom was stealing was the chump change these people use to placate normal families. Do you also believe that when a millionaire declares bankruptcy that they have no more money? Because this is the same level of childishness. Your mom did a shitty thing that does deserve jail time. If more people were like her society collapses.

You should never take a job that requires a huge amount of temptation unless you really want to serve and protect... don't.. but if you are serious and what I said is you mission I want you to know that makes me very proud... just know that crooked cops create other crooked cops so if you see that at all do not be a boyscout resign and locate a office that is integrity in words and deed... You shouldn't either judge a book by their cover or personalize a persons telling of an event. Empathy is one of the worst things to have as a judge or leader; it can and will cause you to overlook the obvious and make bad judgement calls. Empathy is only good in proper context. People don't seem to realize that virtue is not blanket actions or thoughts but the proper actions or thoughts for a given situation. It is also important to understand that seeing people as either victim or perpetrator is almost always a fools interpretation of a human being. For the majority of the time people are both sometimes simultaneously.
@sethchandler4170 Жыл бұрын
@@sad.jackfr00tThat is terrible advice. If you get manipulated you share in the blame. That's just the truth of the matter and empathy unchecked leads to many terrible things like enabling bad behaviors, poor judgement or the grooming of narcissism for those that are the recipient of said empathy.

And it reminds me that there are people now who need to be saved.

This case is beyond frightening, after watching this I read up that Jeremiah had also been raped, had a sledgehammer dropped on his hands, multiple fractured ribs, had been severely burned, his jaw was broken in 2 places so much so that a peice of bone protruded through his gums, literally just imagine your absolute worst nightmare ever actually being your reality, at 14 years old! His mother and step brother were all complicit in his torture, completely sickening and unreal that this stuff can even exist!

The saddest part of this entire story is that an inmate and her sister had more love concern and passion for a child they didn’t even know. The inmate who she probably just met Tracy while in jail and became “best JAIL friends “ , had a conscience/morals, and could not just turn the blind eye to what Tracy told her like. Tracy had done to her children’s abuse. I’m so grateful that there are people out there that are still good and even though she’s in jail, doesn’t mean she’s a bad person. In my eyes that inmate is a hero because without her, they probably would’ve never found out about Jeremiah. One day his body would’ve been discovered down the road and they would try to ID him and it possibly could’ve took a long time like it has another cases. And when they finally did, it would come to lightthat he was never reported missing by one single family member not even his own mother. But sad thing is that’s exactly what happened. He wasn’t reported missing by anyone in that family. I’m sorry, but no I have zero sympathy for this mother. You should have called police, and got far away from this man to protect your children. if you are unwilling to do what it takes to leave, then you get those children out of the situation. She knew all this was happening, and did absolutely nothing to protect him. If she would’ve called police when he started abusing them, I promise you he would’ve been locked up. I know she said she was scared. He said he was gonna kill her if she left him but guess what that’s why you called the police that’s why you move. See if you don’t have the money to do it I promise you a single mother running away from abuse of man that is also abusing the children will definitely do something about it. Specially, if you call as soon as it happens. She didn’t do anything because she was out of her mind on ICE, go to jail for warrants or getting new charges. This is so selfish beyond belief. He is a monster, and she knew he was a monster before allowing him into her home. She knew about his charges and still put her Lovelife over her children. She deserves to go to prison for the rest of our life. RIP, Jeremiah I know that you were with love and compassion that you deserved on earth in heaven.I wish the family would have done more to get those babies out of those situations. I don’t just blame the murderer. I blame the entire family. you call police you put a report in to CPS and you keep doing it you take those kids and refuse to give them back when the police come you tell them exactly why. I promise you they ain’t gonna give that mom back her kids without doing a thorough investigation. They would see all them bruises on those kids in the injuries and say hell no. Inmate Justice will get him in prison. They don’t take kindly to child killers same goes with the mom.

When an inmate that has no connections or ties to a person is the hero in the story, you know that collectively, each and every single person in that child’s life failed him. Cases like these make me pro death penalty and pro natural selection! Every child deserves parents, not all parents deserve children. When I see these cases I pray a little harder that there’s places so deep in the bowels of hell that even the thought of light is absent! This is not justice! This is not fair and this is absolutely, utterly, disgusting display of the justice system! I hope there is an afterlife and this baby found nothing but peace, love and happiness. ❤
